Our policy and commitment
At Empower, we are committed to accessibility, diversity and inclusion. As part of that commitment, we are making efforts to make sure that Empower customers, including persons with disabilities, have an accessible user experience. In doing so, Empower has a goal to comply with applicable accessibility regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
We are working to ensure our websites and online services are accessible for all and are committed to following the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA standards). We are also firmly dedicated to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and other applicable accessibility laws.
Digital accessibility statement
As we work toward meeting WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA standards, we continue to develop our digital accessibility compliance program, which includes coordination with our accessibility partners, as well as designing, developing and testing Empower’s websites and online services for conformance to the standards.
TTY and telecommunication relay services
We offer a toll-free TTY number for people who are deaf or hearing impaired, allowing direct communication with our representatives during regular business hours. Our representatives are trained on the nuances of communicating through a Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) and may assist with account inquiries and changes.

Spanish
We have a team of representatives on our Customer Care Center that speak Spanish, and we offer a Spanish website and Spanish quarterly statements.
Other languages
Our Customer Care Center representatives can conference in audio-only interpreters to accommodate other languages.
